HOW TO USE
1. Clean and prep your nails.
2. Apply a thin layer of base coat and allow to dry.
3. Layer over your favorite 21-free shade or use it on its own. Apply as many coats as needed to achieve the level of sparkle and glam you desire. Allow each coat to dry thoroughly before applying the next.
4. Seal it with a top coat.
5. Use our quick-dry oil to cut the drying time in half.
